Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 30, 2026
Orolaia LLC operates orolaia.com, a financial education website. This policy explains how information is handled through the website and our related email communications. If you have a privacy question, email hello@orolaia.com.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and any other information you choose to include. We use it to respond and manage the conversation. Please do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, bank account details or other sensitive financial records.
Free resources and email subscriptions
Our free checklists are direct downloads. You do not need to join an email list or provide your name or email address to access them. Downloading a file does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
If you previously subscribed to Orolaia emails, we may hold your email address and subscription preferences. You can use the unsubscribe link in an email or contact us for help. Existing subscription records are separate from the current direct-download experience.
Technical information and cookies
Website hosting and security services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages and the time of a visit to deliver the website, investigate errors and protect it against misuse.
Cookies and similar technologies can remember choices and support website functions. Our consent banner offers Accept, Decline and View preferences for optional cookies. You can reopen Manage consent to change your choice. You can also manage or delete cookies in your browser; blocking necessary cookies may affect some website functions.
See Cookie preferences for more information and the available controls.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is currently paused. We are not loading Google Analytics tracking code on this website. If we re-enable it, we will update this notice and verify the consent controls before collecting analytics data.
Google explains its processing and available choices in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Our cookie controls remain available so you can review or change your choices.
Services that support Orolaia
We use Hostinger for website hosting and domain email. These services process information needed to provide hosting, deliver email and maintain their systems. You can read Hostinger’s privacy policy for its own practices.
MailPoet is used within WordPress to manage existing email subscriptions. Google provides the connected analytics service, which is currently paused. Access and processing depend on the service involved and its applicable agreements and settings.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, in response to lawful requests, or as necessary to protect rights, safety and the security of the website.
Links, comments and account information
Our guides link to other websites, which have their own privacy practices. If third-party content is embedded on a page, its provider may receive technical information when that content loads or when you interact with it.
If you have previously submitted a comment or held a website account, associated records may include information you supplied and technical information used for account administration, moderation and spam prevention. Please contact us with questions about those records.
Retention and requests about your information
Information is held in different systems, including email, website records, backups and analytics. Retention depends on the type of record, the service involved and purposes such as handling inquiries, maintaining subscription preferences, website security and legal or administrative requirements.
Email hello@orolaia.com to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity. Available rights and exceptions depend on the law that applies to your request; some records may need to be retained for legal, administrative or security reasons.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required.
